Check Out What’s New in Featured Fiction

It’s cold outside. Curl up with a good book!

As the temperature drops outside, it’s the perfect time to head indoors and immerse yourself into a new literary world. Have you had your eye on The Hate U Give, CirceNiourk, or another popular title?

Fortunately, you don’t need to look any further than our Featured Fiction collection, whose shelves are stocked with award-winning stories in multiple genres ranging from historical fiction to satirical comedy. Our Featured Fiction books, located on the first floor, are thoughtfully curated to provide you with a wide selection of must-read titles. Best of all, these editor’s picks are conveniently displayed close to the library entrance where you can browse easily without having to roam through the stacks or search in the catalog.

Enjoyed one of our Featured Fiction books? Tell us about it!

Have you ever loved a book so much that you recommend it to all of your friends? If you enjoy reading one of our Featured Fiction books, we’d love for you to tell us all about it. Reader recommendation cards are available next to the Featured Fiction display, so fill one out and share why you enjoyed reading a book from our collection. Recommendations may also be submitted via email to libraryevents@sou.edu. Submissions are turned into custom bookmarks that help identify top picks for future readers.
